Good morning. Firstly I have to apologise for being AWOL this week, I have no idea where the time has gone.
I was going to say Autumn has crept upon us, but I think it has done an Olympic sprint leaving Summer well behind. The change in the season is not the only change occurring at the moment. Lots of changes are happening at work, some a little unsettling for many. However, how stagnant life would be if nothing ever changed.
There is one huge change happening on 1st October - I shall be joining the SU family and become an Independent Demonstrator :-) And of course the new catalogue is due out, which I can not wait to see.
Today is also an exciting day as my little girl is going to be a bridesmaid next May so we are meeting up with the bride to be to look at dresses. She is soooo excited. Also this afternoon I shall be joining Julie for a scrapbook class, which I am really looking forward to. I will also be picking up lots of goodies that I ordered from the last chance list - so watch out for loads of posts this next week.
I have had a look through to see if I have something crafty to post and came across this I did a while ago. I was having a play to see if the carton would work with an acetate window - it didn't come together at the top, so decided to make a little lid for it instead.
I have used the Baroque Motif stamps set, but can not remember the colours used as it was some time ago. The edge on the lid was created using a Martha Stewart punch
This is the carton in it's original format.
Here they are together
Thanks for staying with me. Watch out for my scrapbook posts.
Love Becki
xx
