Pure Paper Indulgence

Forgive me but tonight's post is pure indulgence.

I have spent today papercrafting and have finally used my Bella Bleu papers from SU. This paper has been in my collection for a while now, but I tended to get it out, touch it, admire it, then put it back (does anyone else like the smell??? - weird I know). So no ordinary card was worthy.

This is going to be a very personal card with photographs in, so purpose of this post I have left it blank. As I was so pleased with the card, an envelope wouldn't do. A decorative box would be much better.

The decorative edges are punched with my Martha Stewart punches. The flowers are SU Vintage Vogue, stamped with Not Quite Navy, the brads are Filigree designer brads from SU, the leaves are punched with a punch from my stash and finally the ribbon is also from my stash. I even used pearlescent card for the hinges!

I hope you didn't fall to sleep by the time you got to the end of the photos, but I think you will have gathered, I am a little pleased with this one.

Thanks for stopping by.
